Our inspections comply with Australian Standards AS 4349.1 - 2007 Inspection of Buildings Part 1: Pre-Purchase inspections – Residential buildings –
Appendix “C” and Visual Timber Pest Inspection and Report in Accordance with AS 4349.3-2010.
We are also comprehensively insured, public liability and professional indemnity. We are happy to provide our certificate of currency upon request.

Do I need a building or pest inspection?

A quality building and pest report will outline any issues to be aware of so that you can factor that in to your overall assessment of the property.
When should I order a building and pest inspection report?
These days it is common for a vendor (someone selling their homes) to have a building inspection completed prior to open homes. This allows potential buyers to view the building inspection report during the open home whilst viewing the property.
Purchasers should order their building and pest inspection report as soon as an offer has been accepted. Organise it promptly so it can be processed before the cooling off period expires.

Pest Inspection Report – starting from $300 GST inc;
