We know how stressful purchasing a property can be. Whether it is a home, or a residential or commercial investment property, it is a major investment and you want to know as much about the condition of the property as possible in order to assist your negotiations and decision-making.
We founded Town & Country Building and Pest Inspections so that purchasers buying property in our local area can do so feeling confident they know everything they need to about the condition of the property for sale. We believe building and pest inspections are an important step in a successful property transaction.
We have a young family and we want to demonstrate for them how to operate a successful, honest and reliable small business that always goes above and beyond for the customer. This is our motivation to deliver the best customer service and inspection reports in our industry.
We are closely involved in our community through sporting organisations, and as founders of our local charity Charlie’s Run 4 Kids. We also have great relationships with a number of quality tradespeople and are happy to make referral to clients when requested.
Cheyne “Waddo” Waddingham

A Charlestown local since birth, Cheyne is a well known business person, and a respected member and friend within the local community.
Cheyne is a qualified, certified and experienced building and pest inspector, who has completed the most up-to-date training and professional development.
When he is not working, Cheyne is husband to Kylie, father to three amazing daughters, Co-founder and committee head for local charity, Charlie’s Run 4 Kids, and an active member of the Dudley Football (Soccer) Club.
Kylie Waddingham
Marketing and Admin Champion
The other half of this dynamic duo, Kylie is also lifetime local, and manages the marketing and administration work of Town & Country, on top of her role as Marketing Manager for Capital Claims Tax Depreciation.
Kylie is a dedicated Mum to their three daughters, Co-Founder of Charlie’s Run 4 Kids and loves playing football with her mates for Dudley Football Club.
